We have a flat rate of $5 per order for New Zealand-wide postage. This is Economy (3 - 10 days) with NZPost.
Australia Shipping
We have a flat rate of $20 per order. Unfortunately, this is as low as we could go… but we still wanted to offer you the option. This is Economy (3 - 10 days) with NZPost.
Other International Shipping
Please contact us directly. Our estimated shipping fee is $30+, but it depends on the item or items you would like to order. We can also look at alternative postal companies, or longer shipping times to bring the cost down.
RETURNS
Change of Mind
All sales are final. Please carefully review your order and verify your information before finalizing your purchase.
Faulty Goods
There will be no returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If item(s) are defective upon arrival and not related to shipping issues, we will offer an exchange and replacement at no cost to you.
